The bank handles enrollment so we can make sure you are setup with the features and benefits that you need. Call or email your banker to discuss your businesses specific needs and be provided our enrollment forms. View our current Business Online Terms and Conditions.
Personal:
You can sign-up for personal online banking by clicking here to enroll. Follow the simple instructions to get signed up.
Mobile Enrollment
Business:
Pacific West Business Mobile is our app for business clients. After being setup with business online banking, you can use the same credentials to log into Pacific West Business Mobile app.
- On your mobile device, visit the App Store or Google Play
- Search for and download the Pacific West Business Mobile app
- You will be asked your Business Online Banking credentials, a security question, and will receive the Pacific West Business Mobile disclosure to review, to complete the enrollment process.
Personal:
TouchBanking is Guaranty Financial Corporation’s mobile banking app, and enrolling is easy. You can either enroll at the end of enrolling for Personal Online Banking, or you can enroll through downloading the app and registering your device.
- On your mobile device, visit the App Store or Google Play
- Search for and download the TouchBanking app
- To activate, enter the App Code: GoMobilePWB (not case sensitive) and your Personal Online Banking user name.
- You will be asked your Personal Online Banking password, a security question, and will receive the TouchBanking disclosure to review, to complete the enrollment process.

- Check Privacy Settings for Third-Party Cookies - Third-party cookies need to be enabled in your browser
- Try the direct link to Business or Personal Online Banking
